The Boulevard Mobile Car Wash – Company Policy 1. Service Guarantee At The Boulevard, we pride ourselves on delivering premium, high-end detailing services with professionalism and care. Every wash is performed to the highest standards. If you are not fully satisfied, please notify us within 24 hours so we can address your concern. 2. Appointments & Scheduling All appointments must be booked through our online system or by phone. A deposit is required to secure your booking. Deposits are applied to your total balance. We ask that vehicles be accessible upon our arrival (keys available, parking space cleared, etc.). 3. Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to transfer deposits to a future booking. Same-day cancellations or no-shows will result in a forfeited deposit. Rescheduling is subject to availability. 4. Payment Terms Remaining balances are due at the time of service. We accept secure payments via credit card, debit, or approved mobile payment systems. Outstanding balances must be settled before future bookings can be scheduled. 5. Vehicle Condition & Liability Pricing is based on standard soil levels; excessive dirt, pet hair, stains, or damage may result in additional charges. The Boulevard is not responsible for pre-existing damage, loose parts, or aftermarket accessories. We take the utmost care when handling every vehicle, but liability is limited to the cost of service performed. 6. Weather Policy Services may be rescheduled in the event of severe weather that prevents safe detailing. Customers will be notified promptly and given the next available booking options. 7. Customer Responsibility Please remove personal items and valuables prior to your appointment. The Boulevard is not liable for lost or misplaced belongings left inside vehicles.
