Vehicle details & photos: make/model, license plate area may appear in images, VIN if provided, and minimum three photos (front, side, back) if you use our upload field.

Payment details: handled by our payment processor. We do not receive or store full card numbers.
b) Collected automatically:

Device & usage data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and interactions with our forms (via cookies or similar technologies). Approximate location: derived from IP to help route service areas and fraud prevention.

Payment confirmations and risk signals from our payment processor.

Please upload clear, whole-vehicle photos (front, side, back).Avoid including people, IDs, or sensitive documents in frame. By uploading, you confirm you have the right to share the images and grant us permission to use them for quoting, service, and documentation. If you previously consented to marketing use of your photos and wish to withdraw, contact us at any time (we’ll cease future use).
11) Communications preferences

SMS/Email: You can opt out of marketing messages using the unsubscribe link or replying STOP to SMS. We may still send transactional messages (e.g., appointment reminders, receipts).

The Boulevard Mobile Wash shall not be liable for any consequential or incidental damage including, without limitation, loss of time, loss of revenue, or damage to property, arising in connection with the sale, use, or inability to use the tire beyond the repair, refund, or replacement provided herein.
LIMITED LIABILITY
The Boulevard Mobile Wash shall not be liable for any expenses, loss of time, loss of use of vehicle, inconvenience, or consequential damage.
All sales are final.
No cash refund.
No Refund on Deposits
All claims must be accompanied by the bill.
We are not responsible for any item left on premises or inside the vehicle.
